We try to ship the products as soon as possible barring Sundays or holidays. All shipments will be delivered within 4-8 days. We primarily use Bluedart, DTDC, or Speedpost.

International Shipping
If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please contact our Customer Care Executives or send us an email at deepak@offbeatpondy.com. Please include the products you'd like to purchase, along with the recipient's address, phone number, and email address. One of our Customer Care Executives will call you and explain the costs and timelines involved for international shipping and delivery.

In case of any product defect (shrinkage, color bleeding, print quality issue, stitching, breakage) there will be a No-Questions-Asked Replacement or Refund.
Replacement will be with a substitute product of your choice from Offbeat's available collection.
Refund would be of full billing amount paid by you.
Please provide a copy of the paid invoice.
This is applicable up to the first product wash within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
Original product will need to be mailed back to our office prior to processing of the replacement/refund.
