 In case of any Product defect (shrinkage, colour bleeding, print quality issue, stitching, breakage) there will be a No-Questions-Asked Replacement within 7 days of the receipt of the product.

Replacement will be with a substitute product of your choice from Offbeat's available collection - worth the amount paid by you. Please provide a copy of the paid invoice.

Original product will need to be mailed back to our office prior to processing of the replacement/ refund. No exchange or refunds on SALE products.

Refund Policy:

Refund of payment is applicable only in the following situations - 
In case fresh stock is not available with seller for exchange as per above guidelines and the customer want refunds only, customer will get a refund of the amount in their bank account/credit card within 14 days after returning the goods safely and in original condition to the seller.
