Refunds/ replacements policy

 In case of any Product defect (shrinkage, colour bleeding, print quality issue,stitching, breakage) there will be a No-Questions-Asked Replacement or Refund.

Replacement will be with a substitute product of your choice from Offbeat's available collection- Refund would be of full billing amount paid by you. Please provide a copy of the paid invoice.

This is applicable up to first product wash within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

Original product will need to be mailed back to our office prior to processing of the replacement/ refund.
