- 1. What is the fabric of my T-shirt?
- Offbeat T shirts are made from 180 GSM Single Jersey 100% Cotton Fabric (except the neck rib, which has a touch of elastane to allow the wearer to stretch it over the head).
- 2. Will the Fabric Shrink?
- No, the fabric is already treated for shrinkage. However you should be aware that occasionally some cotton t-shirts may shrink (some up to 5%). However, shrinkage is ‘controlled’ at the manufacturing stage itself. Accordingly, we check every batch of fabric to acceptable standards before production.
- 3. Will the printing peel or colour bleed/run?
- No, the inks used are internationally accepted Plastisol Inks, which last very long, and are further fused for permanent bonding with the fabric. We quality check each batch of raw fabric for colour fastness. This is strictly quality controlled. However, if the garment is washed with harsh detergent, whitener, stain remover or sulphuric acid, we cannot be responsible.
- 4. How should I wash my T-shirt?
- Ideally, they should be washed separately in cold water. You can also put it in a washing machine, at low temperature. Please use only gentle and refined detergents only. After washing, do not wring.
- 5. How should I iron my T-shirt?
- The best way to iron it is inside-out. Never iron directly on the print.
- 6. How will I know the correct size for my T-shirt?

- Yes, we do export single T-shirts (in fact, you can do it from our website itself), and also for bulk orders.
- 8.How soon will I receive my T-shirt?
- Based on stock availability, we normally ship the T-shirt within 2 working days from the date of order payment confirmation. Occasionally, due to rush of orders, the time to ship may extend to up to 5 days.
- 9.How long do I wait before contacting your office with regard to my order?
- Please wait 15 days from the date of order confirmation before contacting Offbeat.
